Take all parts out of the white box and check whether anyone is missed .When if there is short of some parts,pls contact with us.We would like to send the replacement.Choose the window which you think it will be found by more wild birds.Clean the window with dry duster cloth,then spray little water to make the surface wet. Stick the suction cup on it.Put the foods into it from the mouth of feeder.Hanging the feeder on the suction cups,also use the chain to avoid it falling off the window.
